- If you added two items in PRE ORDER with different shipping dates. As we are commited with sustainability we will be shipping all your products together when the latest PRE-ORDER date starts.
If you would like to receive your products in each shipping date product, we please ask you to make your orders by separate.
- If you added an item IN STOCK and one item under PRE-ORDER, as we are commited with sustainability we will be shipping all your products together when the PRE-ORDER date starts.
If you would like to receive your products IN STOCK in 1-3 business days, we please ask you to make your orders by separate: one order for your PRE-ORDER items and a second order with your IN STOCK items.

With our on-demand production model, you first tell us which models you want and then we start manufacturing them. This way, we help minimize overproduction in fashion. We produce more items you like and few you don't like. As we produce in small batches, it allows us to work with better quality material. Good for the planet, good for you :)

How Can I know if my order is processed correctly?
If you have not received your order confirmation email 24 hours after making the purchase, it is most likely that there was an error in the email address entered. In any case, please contact our Customer Service team through this form to resolve your problem.
Please note that orders are shipped 1-2 business days after purchase, except for orders placed over the weekend or holidays (except if the product is in Pre-Order Stage). In those cases, orders are processed during the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with the information necessary to track your order.
How can I use my coupon code?

If an article is sold out, when can I purchase it?
The best way to stay up-to-date on desired items is by using the "Notify me when back in stock" feature that appears for each size of each out-of-stock product. If you select this feature, we will send you an email notification if the product is back in stock or returned by another customer.
I have a problem with my order.. What can I do?
Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee a change of delivery address should you wish to do so. Only if the change is requested and processed before your order has been shipped is it possible to make a change to the delivery address.

Do I Have To Pay Duties (Customs Fee) When I Receive My Package?
In case you decide not to comply with the payments of said tariffs and reject the package, this will incur in a penalty fee of 50€ (from the costs of returning the goods to origin) that MANOLA will subtract from your refund.

* Due to border restrictions, this does not include Russia.
**IMPORTANT: Please note that if the delivery address is in a country outside the EU, you automatically become an importer. This means that your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for the importer (you) to comply with the payment of duties and taxes. MANOLA will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs.

Do you offer free shipping?
How long is shipping gonna take? How much does it cost?
STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders within the EU typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days after being shipped.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Orders within the EU usually arrive 1 to 2 business days after being shipped. International orders (outside the European Union) usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days after they have been shipped.
In any case, the prices applied to these shipping options vary depending on the destination of the package. The easiest way to find out the exact cost of shipping is to simulate a purchase on our website.
Occasionally some orders are delayed by customs, which can lengthen delivery time. If this happens, get in touch with us through our contact form.
NOTE that In case of a Pre Order product, product will be shipped in Express Shipping mode once production is over. (Shipping information in the product page)

How does the policy of returns work?
- The return request must be made within a period of 15 days after receiving the order
- Changes are only possible using Store Credit
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition, and labels and stamps must not have been removed
- The packaging / box must be the original and must be in perfect condition *
- For the shipping return you will have to use both the protective box and inside the personalized box MANOLA.
- Do not attach labels or tape to the box / packaging *

If you have the right to free returns and you have problems with the prepaid label or you encounter a problem sending the package, please contact us before paying the shipping costs. How can I return an item?

How can I return an item if my country is not among the countries with free returns?
Please make sure you comply with the general requirements (return policy) to return your package.

Why have I received a store credit instead of a refund?
Please contact our Customer Service through our contact form to request any modification. It would be very helpful if you could provide us with the Store Credit code when you contact us.
How does store credit work?
How to use? Add the items you want to your shopping cart. When confirming your purchase, enter your Store Credit code (exactly as it appears) in the "promotional code" section. The Store Credit works like a credit, so if you do not spend the full amount, you can use the rest for a next purchase If the amount of your order is greater than the balance of your Store Credit, you will simply have to pay the difference.
